After purchasing the toy you can exchange it in the 'My order' section:

1. Select the toy you want to exchange from the list.
2. Tap on the 'Request Exchange' option at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the reason for the exchange and submit it.
4. After examining the product at the Mirana examination center you will get feedback.
