Shipping and Delivery Policy

MIRANA TOYS delivers the products purchased by You through its authorised delivery partners and not by itself. Our aim is to ship our products in a quick" safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver India and United States worldwide, and to all destinations within India.

Processing your order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 2 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However, if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your toys, please add the shipping times given below to the 2-business day order processing period.

The delivery of the products/orders is processed at such address which is provided by You. MIRANA TOYS or its service providers (delivery partners) do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by You. You agree and understand that MIRANA TOYS shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:

  • delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by You;
  • any loss and/or damage to You due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by You;
  • or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the Site.

Delivery usually takes six (6) to eight (8) working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver the products to the customers location. Whilst MIRANA TOYS will aim at delivering the products to You at the earliest,the delivery may be delayed in case of force major events, festivals, or under circumstances which may be beyond the control of MIRANA TOYS.

Customs & International orders

All of MIRANA TOYS orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses located in Pune and Ahmedabad to your provided shipping address via DHL. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL directly at the time of delivery.

Will I be charged for octroi or entry taxes in case of domestic shipping?

All of MIRANA TOYS orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Pune and Ahmedabad, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from our shipping partner for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We export our toys directly India and United States through distribution partnerships with wholesalers. If you would like to request a shipment to a country, please contact us (info@miranatoys.com) to inquire if we can ship to your location.

How is my order shipped?

All MIRANA TOYS orders are shipped door to door, via DHL internationally, and via a number of shipping companies within India from our warehouse Pune and Ahmedabad, India to your provided shipping address.

Why was my package undeliverable?

In case of International and domestic shipping the shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable:

Incorrect Address: MIRANA TOYS does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closes, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, Courier Partner is unable to deliver your package. We will try to catch this problem prior to shipping. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closes, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure that you do not supply a Post Office Box address for your shipping address.

Failed Delivery Attempts: In case of International and domestic deliveries the shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. In case of International deliveries for orders over $400 DHL generally requires a signature. For orders less than $400 it is the discretion of the DHL driver if a signature is required. If any duties or taxes are due, then the shipping company will require payment at the time of delivery. If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If the driver deems it necessary to obtain a signature and has made three delivery attempts, then the package is returned to us as undeliverable. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping companyapos's customer service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift

I have received a partial item/partial order or a tampered package. What should I do?

Kindly reach out to our Customer Support within 24 - 48 hours from date of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate internally, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

You may be required to share further information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

  • The images of the outer packet and other boxes (If any)
  • The refund or exchange (if applicable) will be done only after the investigation has been successfully completed.

However you may not be eligible for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Failure to provide complete information about the case.
  • Failure to provide images of the packet and product (if any)

If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be raised strictly within 24 - 48 hours from date of delivery so that we can escalate this further to our courier partner.

Billing & Payments
In case the delivery destination is outside India will I be charged sales tax?

You will not be charged sales tax because we ship your order from India.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway) as well as Cash on Delivery.

However in light of the RBI guideline to withdraw the ₹2000 denomination bank notes from circulation, our logistics partner will no longer be accepting ₹2000 notes in case of COD orders W.E.F. 24th September 2023. We request you to kindly keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery or use the prepaid mode of payment to avoid any hassles.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway

What currency will my order be billed in?

Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on MIRANA TOYS website would be in US$ or INR depending on the ordering and delivery location. For all deliveries in India, you would view and pay the Indian Rupee prices, while for all international deliveries outside of India, you would view the US$ prices. * International Shopper + International Delivery = USD prices

Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?

At MIRANA TOYS we stand behind the quality of our products and we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (subject to the product being eligible for return/ exchange). Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.

When will I receive a refund for my returned products?

All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement. Click here to know more on Refunds.

How do I exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item you need to go through the returns process as described above. We will refund your credit/debit card once we receive the returned merchandise. You must place a new order for the replacements you would like.

**Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.
