5-Day Exchange and Return Policy

At Mirana Innovations Private Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality toys. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your toy purchase, we offer a 5-day exchange and return policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

  1. This policy applies to toys purchased directly from Mirana Innovations Private Limited or our authorized retailers.

  2. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the toy must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused condition. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Timeframe for Exchange or Return:

  1. You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange or return.

Initiating a Return from the Mirana Toys Website or App:

  1. To initiate a return, you can either visit the Mirana Toys website at www.miranatoys.com or use the Mirana Android or iOS app.

    • Website: Log in to your Mirana Toys account, access your order history, and select the order containing the toy you wish to return. Follow the provided steps to initiate your return.

    • App: Open the Mirana app on your Android or iOS device, log in, and navigate to your order history. Select the relevant order and follow the in-app prompts to initiate your return.

Exchange:

  1. If the toy is found to have a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or a similar one if the original product is unavailable.

Return and Refund:

  1. If you wish to return the toy for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees. A restocking fee may apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval:

  1. All returned toys will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before an exchange or refund is processed. Please allow 2 business days for the inspection and processing of your request.

Exceptions:

  1. Some products, such as personalized or customized toys, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Warranty:

  1. This exchange and return policy is separate from any warranties provided with our toys. If your product develops issues after the return/exchange period, please refer to the warranty information provided with your purchase.
