We have a 7 days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at help@miranatoys.com, If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at help@miranatoys.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order at reception and make an unboxing video highlighting the shipping label. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with the video, submit all documents as suggested by customer service, which is mandatory, after 48 hours we will not accept any claim, Once the document is received, it will take 48 to 72 hours for us to evaluate the problem.

In case of non-availability of documents in time, the claim will be rejected Mirana Toys and its business partner will not be responsible for the same. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (15 days & Above) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In case any buyer is not satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund in the below condition If a customer exchanges the product and requests for a refund, included shipping charges in the cost The actual shipping charges will be deducted from all types of refunds including “Free shipping products” after received the product in our warehouse.
