Functional Objectives of the Position:

  • Responsible for increasing the International sales by acquiring more clients in International markets (Except India & The USA).
  • Meets business objectives and works with Directors to ensure business cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

Sales Planning:

  • Identifying & Developing Distributors in Global Market.
  • Working on Channel Development.
  • Developing Online sales channels in International Market.
  • Business target achievement (Quantity Value-wise) as per Business Plan. Business plan includes collection targets, profitability targets, and other aspects of the strategic business unit along with sales targets.
  • Developing strategies for new customer acquisition, gathering customer insights, and owning the responsibility of P&L.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate new leads sources, auditing and expanding the current customer base for the sales teams.
  • Directly responsible for ensuring products and procedures are applied correctly and efficiently at every client to ensure optimum results and consolidate sales volume.

Cost Planning:

  • Planning of cost and revenue management, improving performance, and also using a data-driven approach to increase sales, managing P&L, coaching and training team members.
  • Maintaining Inventory hygiene with minimum STR (Stock Turnover Ratio) at Store & Cluster levels.

Client Relationship Management – Institutional & Channel Sales:

  • Establish and maintain a solid relationship with the Client(s).
  • Identify and promote new business opportunities within existing client accounts and New markets
  • Establish sales order projections (yearly, bi-annual, quarterly) with every client. Plan the Approach.
  • Coordinate with clients to set the schedule for assessment visits, trial program visits, and client service visits.
  • Special focus on high pay-out Distributors so that schemes once finalized don’t get hampered, tracking, monitoring reducing dealers who are offered higher schemes to increase profitability.
  • Monitor and control Sales distribution plan through Direct Dealers / Distributors. Suggest Network Expansion and Correction Channel Management strategies to TEAM.
  • Manage key partner engagements and relationships with trade- Align with customer channel leadership to identify & close new sell-out opportunities.
  • Ensure building of a strategic relationships with vendors and synergy with operations on Promotions execution/customer Satisfaction

Data-enabled Reporting:

  • Ensure client information is properly stored and maintained
  • Analysis & internal reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in/sell-out performance to headquarters/management & finance.
  • Trend Analysis, Network loss analysis Corrective action plan for network expansion. Ensure monthly availability of stock monitoring commercial activities for AR control
